Hello & Welcome to Icing on the Cake!

For as long as I can remember, my dream has always been to open my own cake shop and in 2020, my dream became a reality.

​

I made Lemon Street Market in Truro my home since September 2020, where I 

offered a range of courses, occasion cake, cupcakes and sweet treats. 2 years later, in September 2022, I made the move to Unit 11 at Tinner's Court, Truro.

With over 20 year’s experience, why not pop along to one of my courses to learn more about sugar flowers to macaroons.
