A days course learning how to make and use sweet, rough puff and choux pastry. The morning will include demonstrations and practicals as we make sweet, rough puff and choux pastry. In the afternoon we will use the pastries made in the morning to make sweet tarts, eclairs, choux buns and a Mille feuille dessert. The course includes demonstrations and practicals, lunch and refreshments and all equipment and ingredients are included. A box of treats made throughout the day to take home..
