A days course where you we will be baking a variety of cakes, scones and pastry based sweet treats.

 

A classic sponge and adding different flavours and fillings and how to adapt for cupcakes. Using the best of summer flavours.

 

How to make and flavour meringues

 

Demonstrations of how to make sweet and rough puff pastry and recipes and ideas of how to use it .

 

Followed by a practical, making scones and adding flavours and fruit.

 

The course includes practicals and demonstrations, lunch and refreshments and all equipment and ingredients.

 

You will take home a box of sweet treats made throughout the day.
