A days course where we will make, flavour and colour macarons.

We will learn the techniques of making the batter, allowing the macarons to set before cooking and how to flavour and colour.


We will also make and flavour buttercream using the American and Italian meringue method.


Then after lunch we will paint the macarons, using cocoa butter and colour to create floral patterns.


A days course all equipment and ingredients are included.

Lunch and refreshments are included.


A box of macarons to take home with you.
