A day  course where we will learn how to crumb coat and smooth coat a buttercream cake
 
Learn how to make and colour buttercream and create an ombré pattern
 
Use buttercream to pipe and add decoration to a cake
 
Piping different patterns and effects, and creating the drip effect, using chocolate and icing.
 
The course includes practicals and demonstrations,  and all equipment and ingredients are included
 
A box of treats made throughout the day to take home.
