A days course creating a beautiful cake and cupcakes with edible, dried and sugarflowers .
 
You will learn how to use apply buttercream and add edible flower
 
Use cutters to make flowers, learn how to dust and colour the flowers and how to pipe buttercream flowers.
 
Create a dried flower spray and use to decorate a miniature cake.
 
The course includes practicals and demonstrations, lunch and refreshments and all equipment and ingredients.
